Thyon forms the eastern gateway to the vast "Four Valleys" skiing area including the famous resort of Verbier. Perched high up on the side of the Val d'Hérens with superb views of the surrounding resorts and peaks including Crans Montana and the Matterhorn in Zermatt, Thyon is ideal for beginners and intermediates and most of the ski accommodation being ski-in / ski-out.
It is the perfect place for those who want to enjoy a moderate après scene and really want to improve their technique, or those looking for an intense but relaxing break. Although you can expect burning thighs in the evening, one thing for sure is that you won’t be nursing too many pains in your head, or your pocket.....
